Surely Dick has thought of taking both, and why not ?? We can start with Mexico and Venezuela -- then move our troops to the mideast. As a matter of convenience, that seems to make the most sense... At least, can we all agree that all oil belongs to Dick? And lets not forget, he will soon return to private sector, big oil -- with gas prices at $3 gal. Surely he should have more than that to show for 8 years of devoted service ??
