It's all reported. The problem is it looks like legitimate finanacing long enough for the sales get done.

You'll notice the Opportunity Fund has already filed to sell some shares.

Apparently they aren't really good investors, or maybe they got some shares a price that couldn't be beat, no matter how low the market goes.

I don't know but, I think the company would have been better off selling Scorry 200,000 shares at $2 when it was trading at $3.
