Answers in response to your inquiries:

1. I will not be putting out a press release to tell people the product offering is coming. There is no point to fluff releases. I will be releasing when the product is available to order.

2. As I have stated on may occasions, we have and will continue to buy when it makes sense for the company.

3. The share structure is in the midst of changing and when things are finalized we will update everyone in the investor section on the website.

4. The partnerships you listed are between our branding arm Complete Identity. Mobile Ready has made no attempts as of yet to offer any products to them. MRDY may in the future approach these companies if we feel they are deficient in the type of services we provide.
