Langostino, no dictionary necessary. Your tone in almost all your statements is bitter. There are enough smart people here that don't need to be lectured by your holiness every time you have a difference of opinion.
Looking at historic P/E levels mikemargin has a very valid argument. Using words like moronic to attack him or his statement (semantics as far as I'm concerned) is combative and deteriorates what otherwise could have been a healthy discussion.
And nobody was asking about SYMC. I could pick another hundred stocks on either side of the argument to make a point that is irrelevant to the discussion just like you did.
And great value investors like Buffett probably agree more with mikemargin's comment about historically high P/Es than you do so brining up Buffett weakens your hostile argument even more.
