Gibber - while I believe IM is involved in the manipulation - and have stated that several times in the last few weeks - if not months, I do not believe ST has any involvement with IM other than that of one entrepreneur to anolther that shares web site services.
I have followed the actions of both these people. I find ST to be free from any of the ethical misconduct performed by IM. And I am not going to tell a web site provider he has to change his business model because I don't like the fact he also uses other web sites.
