I am not sure that you will see a bounce tomorrow (or a big one) unless we drop sharply under 1900 first. If that is the end of the late winter swoon, then I have stated in the "map" how far I think we will go. If we do start up at once, the ramp will probably fall short of the old Magic 1940. As a matter of fact, it is time to further lower the Maginot line to 1983 (namely, if that level taken with gusto, the decline is probably over).
