At the least, it should be sufficient to forestall a “going concern” qualification in the 2007 10K filing. Other than that, I’m not sure what effect it will have. (As previously stated, I do not subscribe to the notion that companies can get materially better terms in a partnership deal by raising money during the negotiations.)
