I think ISBL has been SHORTED, and RICK was the leak to the SHORTERs, and he was the DILUTION MACHINE, because he has no money, and DRE got tired of carrying other people. DRE had 2 choices.....DUMP ISBL, and find a new shell,,,,,or settle. I think DRE worked it out.....so that ISBL will prosper.
BUT....looks, like the new BGGR, will be 90% DRE and his friends. Afterall.....DRE is the MAN, and everyone else dilutes.
DRE did not dilute. He could have used his $500k PUMA MONEY to buy up stock in here, and spike this to $.25 plus easy......and then with a lofty price......shorted the stock to ZERO with funding...I mean, that's what normally happens in the stinkin' pinks.
But, now....I think they are getting rid of all the ZERO VALUE and DILUTION aspects of ISBL.
ISBL is worth something. BTW, no one commented on NORMAN filing 2mln ISBL 144 on 1/15.
Everyone always forgets to notice these things, except me. Between NORMANs 1/15 filing, and his family filings 144 the last 3 weeks....I say that ISBL o/s is getting CONTROLLED BY DRE AND HIS FRIENDs.
