After two years they become unrestricted automatically.
DonL: BKMP restricted shares issue. Correction. I just called the DTC and talked to Morris Richards. He said that even after two years the shares do not automatically become unrestricted. In any and all events a company official has to have their lawyer remove the legend from the certificate before they are free trading shares. If that is not done they remain restricted.
