I really don't won't to argue, but I feel that as of Oct. 1st, with all outstanding warrants included, the old GTEC shareholders, including management controlled just under 100M shares, and the new company controlled just under 300M shares, so the merger was 25%/75%, as stated in the news releases. The float is a totally different ballgame.
