MC, First, I have a lot of respect for the job you are doing on this board.
I can not explain why XXIS has only paid $80K to SPZI and not the $500K per quarter (for 3 Q's) that was promised.
All I am saying is that if SPZI had kept its promise to shareholders, there would be no need for dilution.
Dilution (especially at this point of the game - i.e., pre-earnings) really upsets me. Particularly because we were promised revenue that would have prevented the dilution in the first place.
So my question is: Why has XXIS only paid SPZI $80K? If they knew there might be problems with the payment, why would they even mention a time frame? (i.e. Q4 2007, Q1 and Q2 2008). IMO, management should never had made a promise that they couldn't keep. In fact, the PR should have stated that $500K would be paid for each quarter that XXIS was using SWARM.
Makes sense, no?
