RickP is posting on RGNO this Sunday evening.IMO their might still be some truth that ISBL and RGNO will finalize plans before FEB 18. I believe Kramer or rags initially suggested a possible relationship.It is hard to keep up with different agendas of posters.Cyber,do you check what day of the week it is before you pump or bash a penny stock...I am owner of both ISBL and rgno.GLTA
