Dew: from your posts today you seem unusually pessimistic... Am I reading you correctly or are you still of the opinion that GTCB represents a great investment opportunity?

I do not view this financing as pessimistically as the rest of you, although I do not like it. Perhaps that means that a partnership deal is not working out and perhaps not, but in either case I do not see the business model greatly changing based on this latest financing. Am I missing something?

Looks to me like this company has been managed perfectly for takeover for a song by Genz, but not for current shareholder value.
