I think penny_ta is an awesome guy and so do a lot of other people. Check out his person marks compared to others who have done approximately the same number of posts (updated within the last 15 minutes).
The number of person marks is in column K, number of posts in column L, and the number of posts it takes (on average) to get a person mark in column M.
