OK Guys who holds the title on the Hummers and where did the money come from? Sam knows and he said that Frank knows, more inside self dealing. Now their going to sell the GRCO stock to pocket the money too. What ever happen to the Florida Property???

Do you really think thees Guys believe that are going to get a free pass and walk with all the assets??? Frank also thinks he home free, he has some surprises coming.

Hi I am new - but have been reading your post for sometime. Did you see the lastest from this morning.

Anytime you see the company is a "holding company", steer clear. It means the corp was formed to enrich the insiders who privately own all the "holdings". They promise the common of the holding company "dividends" from their private deals, but it never happens. To boot, JMCP is a non-reporting "holding company".

That PR has Frank style all through it. Just another pile of crap. From oil to wine and still no revenue. If Taylor has to make JMCP payments on a $100K house, then this company is in bad, bad shape. I would like to know just what did they do with the $5M they got from the 55B dilution. If they have nothing to show from all that money, how in the heck are they ever going to make any kind of successful business other than dilution. Why don't they tell us what they sold the oil deals for.

If they go through with this R/S, I will make sure that the whole investment world knows just what kind of crooks are running this company.
