yes indeed. It did not even hit 87 cents until the last trade of the day yesterday. Shady stuff gtcb, shady stuff.

It is what is called a Self-fulfilling Prophecy. They make sure something happens as they want it, and then the talking heads start saying that the market knows what it is doing as opposed to being clueless... Of course they are clueless but on the other hand they have the financial manipulative power to make their clueless predictions occur...

I sort of half expected it as my post of last nigtht indicates but I am once again disappointed with management. At any rate, we have certainly seen the bottom for now and the best time to buy is now. Unfortunately, I am already way too heavy in GTCB so I may sit this opportunity out except for some possible opportunistic trading...

The deal could also have been at a pre-specified price. As is the case in this kind of offering, word gets out about the deal terms and those who know the terms can short into the financing announcement with essentially zero risk.
