Don't know who your Peggy Noonan is, but can't see how anyone could say this with a straight face ..

To her question, "Can Mrs. Clinton Lose?" .. Noonan would seemed to have more sense if she had just answered .. yes .. as any fool knows that anybody can .. the rest could just as well gone unsaid .. night now ..
