I appreciate what you're saying and the new info being provided it's just that these 144 shares were seeing would have been processed or filed for awhile back.
So the new rules regarding these current 144's for Spooz on the market wouldn't have applied.
But it's valuable to know how the 144 rules have now changed and what to expect in the future. :)
