What I don't get is why would the CEO of this company make promises in press releases and conference calls telling about all the things he is going to do and then never follow through.
It's not like the company was dumping shares here while that news went out. Share structure hasn't changed in months. Where was the benefit? If anything, it hurt his credibility. I mean save the time and effort if you don't plan on doing what you said.
It makes me think there has to be more to the story. At least I hope so.
