To me, its the fact that SLB allowed it to be PRd for their company. I have been in this OTC markets for years, and can maybe count on 3 fingers the amount of times a big board company simutanelously PRd something from an OTC company.

My friend just called to tell me he picked up 12,000 shares to "start" his position in DPDW. I'm happy for him, less than one hour and PPS average is already better than mine!I don't think he even knows about the PR yet.He has deep pockets,this could get interesting-love this volume! GO DPDW!!!
