Not at all...for many 144's are simply business deals...a quick profit when the time is up...no different than the day traders or flippers who don't care about the company only what quick profit they can make in a trade contract or as in the case of 144 financiers...a 144 contract.
The 144 business is largely based on this concept not necessarily to the benefit of or long term growth of a company!
That is such an apparently logical question. Why would they sell now? But here in pennyland dumping stock for reasons not related to news or truth or fault of company happens all the time. Therefore selling may or may not have any logical purpose inrelation to the status of the company. Someone or ones could have simply decided to sell. It may not tell us anything about the status of the company's health.
