I have a general question?

i am fairly new to trading and i do own some MOSH i bought in at a good price on the first pop. i have faith in the legal system that mosh will win and i can go buy a fancy new car!

Quick question if anybody knows.. i have bought into a number of cheeper stocks over past few months. i was doing some more research on one of mine the other day which is a pk.sheet company and realized i owned about 20% of this companys outstanding shares. question 1. was i supposed to notify anyone when i bought that large of a percentage? Q2. say i think this was a mistake and the company sucks (but looks like they have some good looking assets to liquidate)could i or me and a friend buy up some other outstanding shares and therefore getting majority and taking it over.
