In addition, there would have been no need to increase the authorized if they planned on executing a reverse split. For the time being, the recent increase in the authorized gives me a sense of security that there will be no reverse split any time soon. I'm not thrilled that the authorized was increased but a I am much happier with a 33% increase in the authorized than if SPZI would have executed a reverse split.
