1820 and 1720ish on Comp are normal 38% and 50% retrace levels. While this seems impossible now, a few more ugly international events, etc. and we could be there. Just as folks don't believe how high the market can go, they have trouble believing how much it can fall.
I'm not saying it will fall that much, but it's possible and wouldn't surprise me at all.
