Well, the only thing we know for sure that is coming is a filing. We should have a filing around the 14th since that's when we had one last year. The infomercial won't be done until around March and even when that's done there's no guarantee that will result in sales. So, if - IF - this guy or whatever transitioned to common shares because of the filing then I would think he thinks it's going higher. I think it'd be pretty tough to sell over 5 million shares in approximately 7 trading days just to get rid of them. Of course, he could tank the share price in trying to do so.
None of us know for sure so we'll see what happens.
