You know what this tends to mean don't you.
The way I read this anyway is that this man is preparing to own more than 5%
This simply means buy this stock before he does, no telling how much he is ready to buy.
He evidently thinks he has discovered a gold mine, so it does look like this file is a no brainer, I would follow this and buy,
IMO this should mean that this stock has something to it seem everyone sold it out and didn't think there was anything to it.
I would say this is going to be the low.
But I'm not updated on share structure.
On the other hand I would probably buy all I could on this one asap.
But there is a chance that this guy is just a consulant also that be the gamble, is he buying over 5% to invest or to tout?
Worth a gambe he is not finished buying yet, imo he filed to buy more.
