Well my response was in regards to "peeved" assumption that it's an insider of Spooz that's selling. Based on Allie's post, it seems to eliminate that possibility with the following words...
"There was a funding source which had the restriction lifted off of the 144 stock"
A "funding source" was cited, which seems to fit the idea of a financier rather than an insider. Also, 144's are issued to financiers, not insiders.
