YOU ARE A LIAR, and posting false information - where did ISBL ever issue a PR. LIke I said, you are confused with the CONFIDENTIAL BUSINESS PLAN some moron, probably RICK, that posted it on the website.

Very desperate when I post out of memory and you pick apart "discussion" "website". If ISBL posted it on a website it is very similar to a PR. Again out of memory I believe they referred shareholders to the website in a PR to get those details. So I am not nor have I ever lied as some here do. Especially those that seem to pick apart single words taken from memory. You want to go at it let me know you @#@#$%%$#@. GLTA.
