I saw that but too Rainy to see clearly. Might be a water feed for sprinkler system and Fire Regs also.

the box could be part of the ventilation system. I understand there was one purchased seperatly. I understand also that there will be bathrooms and an office space inside the structure which may account for the lumber you see. Dog
