Entiendo que ustedes han vendido control de AEC Holdings (AECH) a otra compania, "Not By Sight Entertainment", y me ha comentado el abogado que para finalizar la documentacion (Nevada SOS website y pinksheets.com etc.) relativo a la transferencia de control, se nececita resignacion formal de ustedes en forma de carta o email como ustedes son los anteriores directores de AEC Holdings.
