It serves to confirm possible PPS direction, trend and strength, if there is no price movement or volume there is no trade to be had.
IMO: Your not getting bid whacked, diluted or panicked sellers at this time however there’s no ask slappin or confidence. This stock is simply asleep, no bulls or bears. I suspect its psychological.
