Yeah, these guys know jack. Well I can see b/c when I try telling people that I know locally what I do it goes way way over their head. There are a few people like accountant types who get the number concept but most others they dont know. Every single time I call USAA the brokers ask me like clockwork what Im doing with my accounts. Every freaking single time. Dang cant they put notes?...... Im just not going to answer them in the future. Literally every time. And over 50 times they have asked or more.
