Have you had any luck contacting the SEC for NEW updated information? Any NEW information either positive or negative would be appreciated. imho

TG: If there were SEC issues they would not be allowed a symbol change (as that would be an attempt to hide) Nor would AC put his named link on the May 9 PR(after The Suspension) Nor would AC put AAPU on an Internet Service provider 99 MAIN IMO

Also that spammalot and "questions about financials"
were because after the Sep 06 filing, that showed 426K in the black, they stopped reporting and longs got concerned if those unaudited numbers were real. Also emails in the summer of 2006 were circulating with enthusiasm and the SEC wanted to see if they came from insiders. All this before the triangle of AAPU+AE+TCGroup were learned of. Now 2006 finacials are audited and all is fine with our friends at the SEC IMO
