Break above the downtrend line (which I pointed out in the video), and then get past .017, and IMO you will see .02 very quickly and have a very real possibility of getting up to .03 in a hurry...

I don't want to get ahead of myself... the 200-MA needs to hold its ground first, and the breakout needs to happen, but this chart still has tons of potential left in it....
