Of course I am, but my assumption that they already know the data is based on some good reasonning. For instance, the last patient was enrolled by Jan 07 and they are supposed to follow those patients for DVT untill the surgical danger is over. These are not supposed to bve major open heart surgeries so they should have all the data by now unless on or more patients have had some serious compklications, which would not be good for our positive prospects...
3)...Hmmmm if they know the top line results are bad, then what difference would it make to wait until Tuesday? The stock would fall under $1 for an even longer duration.
You missed the point that if they make it through Tuesday then the clock for delisting is reset and we start over again, which would take months before a delisting notice is re-issued...
