welp when things get me down, andre, and i get worried, I call em up, and ask em, "waaut's up!" only a couple o dimes to do that.. and if they don't answer i keep pestering with my nice, eventually turning lousy and in a few days or a week, flat out mean, messages till they do.. IR firm, company anybody i can get on the phone..
