While I agree that the Bull is stumbling and the Bear is starting to awake, we can't right off the past year because of the action of a couple of weeks...
Some "tech charts" have been taken apart and for good reason, but stuff like the SML and the BKX are coming off all time highs...
A 20% pullback from the highs is the " " definition of a "Bear market"...
We're in warnings season and we're weeks away from a barrage of earnings reports...
I think we need to see that "lower high" form followed by a series of lower highs and lows before we can "declare" the Bull dead, but I definetly believe he's running on 3 legs...
