One positive that I see is, if AURC was planning to move the assets to some 'GOLDEN' company, it might not be possible with all the focus and attention they are receiving now about their assets. I see JH article as a blessing in disguise in that respect. By putting out press releases of this nature, they are forced to commit publicly and can be held liable at a later date.
