how is a rebase a LOP, the author obviously is an idiot. you don't use rebase and LOP in the same sentence. yes the article is talking of a LOP but his info is out of date and false. rebase means to go higher and debase means to go lower. the author needs to go back to school.
Country's that do lops all of them had very high inflation. Iraqs inflation is low now and getting lower. I feel that they will just keep rasing the dinar value, might take a while but thats ok. Yes "Go Dinar"
