I'm certainly no expert.

I know that VFIN is in Boca, which is the home of a lot of market miscreants. I know they are involved in microcap financing. I know they were on the ASK on this stock pretty relentlessly in 2006.

Here's some real data for you.

You can click the radio button and change the month to look back further in time. This thing barely traded for months and months.

It pretty much tells you that SBSH is the ax here. A lot of that is retail. But, IMO, on December 21, 2007, somebody converted about 150M shares at .0003 or .0004 and has been playing the other side ever since.

Yes, VFIN often is associated with dilution, but I don't think that's what's happening with SYDI. I haven't seen VFIN anywhere near the inside ask since May but as I said, I saw him buying in May. Btw, when I said that VFIN is most often associated with institutions, that includes officers and companies.
