The resultant numbers are between 120-130M for GL China/TLGP and from SOS Nevada/Townhall MonArc will be 14M OS with a 950M a/s. "There will be shares issued from treasury as restricted, insider stock in consideration for the purchase of Canden Financial.

I expect that the outstanding number of shares of TLGP (after the new ticker symbol) will be in the range of 120 - 130 million. That makes the 70 cent range reasonable for valuation of Good Life alone. This is a huge win for investors!!!
