5 year arms at 4.75, 30 year fix at 5.50 and going lower tomorrow, housing prices at 2003/4 levels, foreclosures and bank owned hitting the market everywhere..... The herd will be buying again soon.... it doesn't get better than this.... unless the Dems win in November, then Obama will tax us to death...LOL
