These all seem pretty close to me.
You cannot compare 3xx <-> 5xx, but you can compare 5xx <-> 7xx, it appears. We don't know the performance of Dothan. We know it will at least be somewhat faster than Banias due to the L2, and there may be additional enhancements, too. A 1.6GHz Banias is almost equivalent to a 2.6GHz Mobile Northwood, so I can see a 1.6GHz Dothan being equivalent to a 2.8GHz to 3.0GHz Prescott.
The Celeron and Celeron M values are pretty close as well. I can see a 1.4GHz Celeron M performing about the same as a Prescott Celeron 2.66GHz, while the 1.5GHz Celeron M will perform close to the Prescott Celeron 2.93GHz.
Re: Its clear Intel wants to hide their performance because it is no longer competitive.
Nothing here seems to lead to that conclusion.
