I too think PCBM would likely be fully reporting prior to merger(s) being completed and am monitoring Edgar for same. It is my understanding that Bruce Harlan has been traveling a great deal working to put deals together which will benefit the company and its shareholders. Sure would be great if everything comes together and NASD 3370 is enacted about the same time.
Go PCBM!!!
