Prehaps, you don't understand the IRs PR and the value of the two major companys after the dust and friction settles. I am in mind that the two MonArc and The League Publishing will be of value beyond expectation. When TLGP does it's cusip and ticker change with assets in tow, they will be worth revisiting. (that's just my thoughts, IMO)
