If JMCP paid for the other companies/assets with their stock, WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AGAIN ???
Would we not already own what he wants to give us stock in a BS company for ??
Why not make a go and SALE to someone else, if even for 1/2 CASH and 1/2 STOCK ???
So JMCP will have stock in another company and supposedly give a Divi out in it - does that mean I'll have two WORTHLESS POS STOCKS instead of one ???
