Yes, Tom at EDEX is very honest, he just has preferred shares that give him non-dilutive ownership....now matter how much stock he sells to raise money, he dilutes everyone else's ownership, but not his own. He just issues stock to pay his salary and dilute shareholders ownership, not his ownership....nice gig!!!! HIs doors should be closing soon. Another O&G company with out any revenues and just lofty promises.
He is learning!Three redundent PR's, all very old news,2 years old, released because he had to dump 30 million new shares.Jon and Tom two partners in Palo and Mesa.The companies linked together by tactics also.
