CY as a proxy for SPWR is very interesting

it may well be that CY IS the way to play SPWR
it's also down more than 41% in last month, but you have the semiconductor biz which is being given only a nominal valuation to factor in.

I saw the CY ceo on Cramer i think and the valuation of CY was absurd based on their SPWR majority ownership.
