steve put the entire uplisting process in the hands of boa because he didn't know the process and its seems that boa doesn't know the process either. boa filed a 211 when they should have filed a 211 exemption form. a new 211 is for a new mm less then 6 months. boa has been our mm for way longer but they filied the wrong form without steve knowing. boa went to the sec and tried to have that form pulled so they could file the correct one but the sec said no, to late you must procede, hense now a 10k needs to be filed. even after the 10k is filed we will still have to wait for finra to ok us to be traded on their board. only he sec has blessed us but we need both parties. this is the way i understand it and the lastest questions were coming from finra to clarify some issues....i think i got right!
