After thinking about this for a bit, it looks like Bob has divulged the OS for RSHN.
If we take the distribution of 8,625,534 shares of APRU and give one to every 896 shares of Rush, then it would appear that the divy would cover 7,728,478,464 shares of Rush. That would cover all the shares no matter how many extra players decided to jump in for the divy or not.
